Hey y'all; how is your April shaping up? I've been catching a few posts here and there; I'm impressed with the themes and specific posts. Jeffrey Beesler has devised the Lonely Bloggers Club for those not participating in A-Z, he has some awesome posts :) Jamie Manning finished his book tour for Blood Born yesterday, and don't forget to sign up for fellow RFWer Madeleine Maddocks "I'm telling you the plot" blogfest on Tuesday April 17. A great prompt for P. Check out the cool badge
And, for all you mystery writers - or even if you just need a prompt to get a short story started - my writers group leader sent me a link to CleverFiction.com; where you can post a short story of 250-2000 words based off a weekly three word "Mystery Ingredients" prompt. Looks like a cool publishing site.
If I was into creating badges, I think I'd create the I SURVIVED FRIDAY THE 13TH badge. What a manic day that was at the office. Did anyone have anything weird happen?

April is hot, jumping (my nephews are visiting) and kind of frenetic. I did check Jeffrey post for lonely April bloggers. And Madeleine's P sounds interesting.
Hi, Donna,
Thanks for the update. So what happened at the office? Hmmm...
Nothing too exciting here. The usual Friday. But I did hear from fellow blogger about our collaboration. It's finally in the WORKS! YAY!
Not the one you think. Haven't heard back from her and I have all the art done. Hmmm. Again.
As always, thanks for dropping by my blog. Glad you are enjoying the posts.
Have a great Sunday!
I always have normal Friday the 13ths. And that image for the April 17th blogfest is just creepy.
That cleverfiction site looks cool. Thanks for the link.
My Friday the 13ths are always normal. I was born on a Friday the 13th, so it's actually a pretty lucky date for me.
Friday the 13th comes and goes like any other day for me. Glad all is well in your land.
Hi Rek; sounds busy at your place. I hope you can join us for the Plotting Blogfest. BTW; Loved your excerpt for RFW.
Michael: just having a few weirdo's pop in, the kind that make workers scratch their heads even for our expected clientel. I am getting excited to see your illustrations for both collaborations. And your decorating project; can't wait to see how you work on a house.
Alex; it is creepy huh?
Stephanie: good luck with CleverFiction. I'm itching to write something myself.
Hello Pat; have a good weekend :)
.......dhole
I'd forgotten it was Friday the 13th until one fo the students mentioned it. Thankfully all went well! :)
I love a good mystery.
Hi Donna. Love Jeffrey Beesler's idea. Also the CleverFiction link looks good.
Friday 13 was great for me - husband left on a huge car rally up the east/west of Australia - about 6,000 kilometres to raise money for cancer and my daughter (youngest) arrived to spend a week with her mum and sisters. Our week is halfway through and we're having a ball - laughing, dancing, eating, crying together.
Sorry to share all the family stuff, but occasionally I like to tell people how happy I am, lol!

And if Michael is talking about the blogger I think he is, she is so ill. D.
I got in a bad mood on Friday. I hate when I get funky like that, and I was in a funk all weekend. My wife took pictures and it looks like I should have a bloody knife in my hand.
Much better today, though. Not sure if that was bad luck or negative mojo, but it stunk.
Hope your weekend went better, after the manic-panic Friday.
- Eric
Looks like a great site. Thanks for sharing, Donna!
Good to see that you are back blogging. A to Z is in full swing and it's hard keeping up with it all. Perhaps May shall be calmer.
I like the clever fiction short story idea. Bless you for mentioning me again too. :O)
